Application Objective
Pulse POS was built so the cash drawer matches sales every time a shift closes. Cashiers use the Android app on phones or tablets the store already owns: open a shift with an opening float, record orders, take payments, then count the physical cash at close. Pulse calculates the expected cash from the opening float, cash sales, cash in and out, and refunds, then shows the variance. Owners and admins manage the menu, tables, promos, and reports from the web dashboard.

Orders stay on the phone when the internet drops and sync on their own once the signal returns, without being recorded twice. Guests can order from a table QR code in the browser and pay via Midtrans, and receipts and kitchen tickets print automatically on a Bluetooth thermal printer. Cash out requires a reason, manual discounts and refunds are limited to owners and admins, and sales, stock, and promo usage reports can be downloaded as Excel, CSV, or PDF.
