Awan Siber HR was built as one system for the entire employee lifecycle. Instead of splitting attendance records, leave requests, and payroll calculation across separate tools, all three live in a single internal platform so employee data stays consistent and no longer needs manual reconciliation between systems.

Because the system holds personnel and payroll data, security is treated as a core feature rather than an add-on. Role-based authorization is enforced server-side so access limits cannot be bypassed from the browser, and MFA is mandatory for every account. The sign-in screen itself separates the credential step from the security step explicitly.
