Garasi Volt was designed so workshop customers never have to guess what is happening to their car. Customers book a service slot or charging slot from their phone, choose a branch, and follow five service statuses from confirmed to completed. New findings arrive with photos and prices, and only approved items are worked on and billed.

For electric cars, the work order stays locked until four high-voltage safety checks are ticked, and battery work happens only in EV-dedicated bays by certified mechanics. Every service price is listed per branch, and invoices itemize each line and VAT and can be downloaded as PDF. Charger booking estimates duration and cost from battery capacity, and charging status shows live on the phone.
